Building 15 and Trade Center Europe wins the prize Building of the Year 2011 in the Multifunctional Buildings and Complexes Category

The prizes of the Building of the Year 2011 National Competition were awarded at an official ceremony on 14 December in Sofia. The prestigious contest was held under the patronage of Mrs. Liliana Pavlova, Minister of Regional Development and Public Works.
The event was honored by the presence of cabinet ministers, mayors, members of branch organizations in construction and architecture, the businesses, media and arts. The 24-member jury presided by Mrs. Ekaterina Zaharieva, Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, selected Building 15 and the Trade Center Europe as the winner in the Multifunctional Buildings and Complexes Category.
The prize was awarded to Building 15 and the Trade Center Europe for the overall façade aspect of the prizewinner, the building, the high-quality building materials, the harmonious integration of Building 15 into the broad TCE setting, the abundance of green space and unobtrusive presence against the backdrop of nature-worked and man-made features and the diversity of value added services and amenities that the building and the complex offer to users and visitors.
The prize adds to the image that the Trade Center Europe projects as one of the most credible and respected complexes in Sofia and in Bulgaria.
