Following the first successful open house type meeting in March 2011 and inspired by the idea to speed up the occupancy rate at the Trade Center Europe (TCE), the complex management decided to hold a PR event as a follow-up to the first meeting with the following objectives:

  • Presentation of the TCE new marketing and advertising strategy;
  • Public announcement of the certification of Building 15, the newest project, on the basis of the British standard of a building’s sustainable design and environmental performance, BREEAM;
  • Presentation of the value added services policy within the complex – the creation of a setting that users find attractive and of competitive advantages as compared to rival complexes;
  • Public announcement of the certification of Building 15, the newest project, on the basis of the British standard of a building’s sustainable design and environmental performance, BREEAM;
    • The TCE logo;
    • The TCE trademark;
    • A corporate brochure;
    • A corporate site;
  • Future investment plans.

The event was paralleled by a PowerPoint presentation by the host.

The discussion was interesting and fruitful with concrete questions about the BREEAM assessment method and the space rental policy.

The PR event received good media coverage in the Real Estate Market section.

The event closed with a tasting session of choicest wines and whiskeys and delicious small bites.
